Rebecca Anthony

Rebecca Anthony is an Associate Specialist in the Popular Culture & Science Department based in London. As a former singer-songwriter and acoustic guitarist, she has a particular interest in iconic guitars, concert posters, and handwritten lyrics. Additionally, Rebecca has a strong passion for musical theatre, classic film memorabilia, and 'leading ladies', influenced by her early years at the Sylvia Young Theatre School and the Musical Youth Company of Oxford.

Prior to joining Bonhams, Rebecca worked as a Junior Specialist at Christie's in the British and European Art Department (2019-2024). During this time, she contributed to numerous Private Collection Sales and Charity auctions, handling cross-category sales with distinction.

Rebecca holds a BA (Hons) in Art History from The Courtauld Institute of Art (2016) and an MPhil in Modern South Asian Studies from Oxford University (2019).
