Amayes Aouli

Amayès Aouli is Global Head of Wine and Spirits, based in Paris. He leads our team of specialists across the Americas, Asia, and Europe.

Before joining Bonhams in 2024, Amayès was Head of Continental Europe & UK at Sotheby's Wine where he successfully launched the department in Continental Europe and managed more than 30 auctions, breaking many records including the Biggest Charity Wine Sale in History ($32m), the 162nd Hospices de Beaune Wine Auction. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan.

Amayès speaks French, English, Spanish and Italian.
