
Louisa Tsang
Louisa Tsang is Senior Specialist, Fine Wines for Bonhams in Hong Kong. In 2002, she decided to pursue cinematography in France, where she encountered her first impressive bottle of wine in Paris. This experience sparked her passion, leading her to study Oenology in France before returning to Hong Kong in 2005 and fully starting her career in fine wine.
By 2007, Louisa had achieved her WSET Level 1 & 2 certifications, and in 2010, she completed her WSET Level 3 with Merit. Her deep passion for Champagne earned her the title of Chevalier of Les Ordres des Coteaux de Champagne in 2011 and she fosters her passion for bubbles by continuing to study and taste on a regular basis.
In addition to Champagne, Louisa has a profound appreciation for the wines of Burgundy and calls them some of the most nuanced and complex wines in the world. Her favourite appellations include Bonnes-Mares for red wine and Chevalier-Montrachet for white wine, though she enjoys drinking and learning about wines from all over the world.
