Charlotte Glyde

Charlotte Glyde is Specialist for Bonhams Jewellery department at New Bond Street in London. Her main areas of interest are 19th century jewellery, particularly Archaeological Revival jewels, glyptics and British jewellers from the 1960s-70s.

Before joining Bonhams in 2022, Charlotte was a Specialist for another auction house. She sources property for 15 jewellery sales each year in London. Among her exceptional results is an emerald and diamond double-clip/brooch, circa 1935 which achieved £38,100 at Bonhams New Bond Street in September 2022.

Charlotte holds a Bachelor's degree in History of Art from Warwick University, where she spent several months studying in Venice, Italy. In 2018, she won the Anderson Medal for gemmology from the Gemmological Association of Great Britain.
