
Kimiko Tominaga
Kimiko Tominaga is a Client Liaison for Bonhams Tokyo, where she is responsible for cultivating relationships with buyers and sellers across a range of categories, including fine and decorative arts, jewellery, watches, classic cars, and wine/whisky.
Before joining Bonhams Tokyo in 2018, Kimiko spent 11 years with Bonhams London. Prior to that, she worked at Sotheby's in London for 14 years in Client Advisory, collaborating with international auction rooms in New York, Paris, Amsterdam, Geneva, and St. Moritz. During her tenure at Sotheby's, she played a key role in organising landmark sales such as The Estate of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis (1996, NYC) and The Duke and Duchess of Windsor Private Collection (1998, NYC).
Kimiko holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in International Sociology from Sophia University, Tokyo, and has earnt a diploma in Art History from Christie's Education in London.
After living in the UK for over 30 years, she now resides in her hometown of Tokyo. Outside of Bonhams, Kimiko is actively involved in local organisations, including serving on the Board of Directors for the JAC Environmental & Animal Protection Foundation.
