
Sara Lodge
Sara Lodge is a Specialist for Jewellery and Silver at Bonhams' Knowle office. She offers valuations across the wider Midlands area and also travels to the Leeds office for valuation events.
Since joining Bonhams, Sara has sourced many interesting and valuable items of jewellery, including a collection of Cartier jewels with royal connections which realised £100K including a sapphire and diamond clip which sold for £42,240; a Kutchinsky coral, onyx and diamond necklace which sold for £13,000; a Bulgari Monete necklace which achieved £51,200 inc. premium and an early 20th Century Sapphire and diamond ring which sold above estimate at £19,840.
Other highlights that Sara has recently sourced from the region are a 22 carat gold and diamond moon sculpture commemorating the Apollo 11 moon landing, sold for £40,250, and a rare miniature William IV silver fishing reel, sold for £12,112.
Sara has over 20 years of experience in the auction industry. She holds a degree in Art History from the University of Leeds and gained her professional qualifications from the Gemmological Association of Great Britain at the Birmingham School of Jewellery.
