Bonhams Global Head of Modern Decorative Art & Design Benjamin Walker commented, "We saw lively participation from bidders globally throughout the entirety of today's sale, and we were especially delighted by the result of our top lot, Deux Poissons by Sandoz. There are only four known versions of these Sandoz sculptures to exist, and today we had the distinct pleasure of selling the largest among them. Overall, the market seems to be in an incredibly vibrant moment, with buyers eager to acquire rare and beautiful works of fine provenance by leading names in design."
