CONSTRUCTION AND EMBROIDERY DETAILS
130 metres of hand-cut silk organza scallops appliquéd in a degrade of sizes.
Ornate floral design produced with a traditional Asian stitch referred to as silk shading and sometimes known as 'painting with a needle'
Skirt:
130 metres used to create 17,350 circles hand crafted in pale pink organza in a degrade of 18 different sizes from Small to large circles
Bodice:
Ornate floral design using silk threads in the flowers and the fine foliage. This is then lifted with silver metallic thread, micro beads and sequins.
