EMBROIDERY DETAILS:
The print design was inspired by enchanted gardens and the neo-classical architecture that fills them. Fresh tones of eggshell blue, peach and soft amethyst are the key colours with highlights of soft silver. Screen printed foil is used to add the extra metallic layer to the print, bringing a modern twist to a classical inspiration.
The artwork is brought to life by the thirty thousand xilions, crystal sew on and tiny micro sequins tonal to the base. It is highlighted by delicate touches of silk thread work, gold metallic thread and gold cut beads, enhancing the richness of the print.
HOURS OF WORK:
It took over 1,500 hours of work to complete this gown.
