1. Wings (1968) album sketches in pencil, followed by font ideas in pen for the Wings. Wings were a folk rock group who began playing as an opening act for Big Brother and the Holding Company and Sly and the Family Stone.
2. Album sketches in pencil for Richard Pryor's 1968 self-titled album. Followed by sketches for Dove Records, the label the album was released on with Reprise Records.
3. A group of intricate sketches for Steppenwolf in black ink including the mouse from Steppenwolf artworks. Followed by an album plan for Steppenwolf's self-titled album. Including the mouse that Gary Burden often included on Steppenwolf artwork designs.
4. A plan for the debut 1969 Crosby, Stills & Nash album cover where Burden experiments with the order of names, sketches titled Stills, Crosby + Nash, and Crosby, Nash + Stills. Burden wrote Chronology of Pop! to the lower margin of the page. Following this, a piece of tracing paper secured to the page with the Crosby, Stills & Nash logo concept in pen.
5. A plan for a Monkees album, including detailed sketches in both pencil and black ink and other Monkees sketches including one intricate design in red, yellow, green and blue.
6. Handwritten notes and sketches for the 1970 film Monte Walsh. Sketches for the title font. Following pages show cowboy boot designs, key ring designs and other props.
7. A concept for California Bloodlines by John Stewart (1969) in pencil and pen.

11. A large sketch titled Joni Casts Her Spell to the lower margin, for Joni Mitchell. Likely an early unused concept for an album, with tracing paper stapled to page with additional sketch of Joni looking at her reflection.
