Tasting note:
The shy note is fruity, dusty and smoky, with hints of oranges in a hessian sack. Old leather and oiled cricket bats. Later it becomes more spicy; fruit bread with nutmeg, and heathery smoke.
The texture is mouth-filling, while the taste starts sweet, with dense dried orange fruit in bonfire smoke. Soon, it becomes drying and more spicy.
The aroma is richer and oilier with water, and the taste is sweeter, with baked bananas.
The finish is very long, and still citrus - oily.
品酒筆記
香氣初綻時含蓄而複雜, 前調帶著果香、塵灰與煙燻氣息,隱約透出麻袋中橙子的芬芳,混合著舊皮革與塗油板球拍的厚重。隨後逐漸轉向辛香:點綴肉豆蔻的水果麵包,石楠叢般的裊裊煙韻。
酒體飽滿充盈口腔,初嘗甘美,濃稠的蜜餞橙肉在篝火煙燻中綻放;轉瞬化作令人唇齒發乾的辛烈。
加水後香氣更顯豐潤油潤,熟香蕉的烘焙甜香在味蕾蔓延。
餘韻極為悠長,始終縈繞著柑橘屬的油潤質感。
