A Rare 28-Bore Flintlock 1756/81 Pattern Land Service Pistol
Circa 1780

With plain barrel and tang, border engraved rounded lock with 'GR' crowned and 'TOWER' across the tail, figured full stock (small repair on one side at the muzzle) with apron around the barrel tang and stamped with faint traces of inspector's marks and 'IS' behind the side-plate, regulation brass mounts, and brass-tipped wooden ramrod (repaired), possibly original, King's proof marks
