Four Arabian Jambiyas
19th Century And Later

The first with curved double-edged blade with medial ridge over each side, silver-mounted waisted wooden hilt with basal mount chased with foliage, in its scabbard, the back lined in fabric, the front embroidered in silver threads, and with silver locket and chape each chased with foliage, and suspension mounts with four rings for suspension; the second with bright blade similar to the last, waisted horn grip set with two brass roundels, in its scabbard faced in silver filigree, and retaining its original embroidered waist-belt carrying two silver filigree mounts; the third of similar form to the last, in its white-metal scabbard pierced and chased with symmetrical designs of foliage on the outside, and retaining its original embroidered waist-belt with white-metal mounts en suite with the scabbard; the last with plain curved blade, the hilt with horn grips (some damage) and silver filigree mounts set with two red beads, in its scabbard en suite with the hilt
