With octagonal sighted barrel engraved around the muzzle and with scrolling foliage on each side of the breech, border engraved top-strap, cylinder with knurled forward edge, foliate scroll engraved frame (detachable rammer missing), trigger-guard and stepped ovoidal butt-cap decorated en suite, safety-stop, arbor-pin catch (broken through), patent double-trigger, finely chequered rounded butt, and retaining some original blueing, London proof marks
