Japanese, no serial number, Strat-style body with red finish, maple neck and fingerboard with black dot markers, headstock with six-a-side Sperzel star tuners, The Revival to headstock, pearloid pickguard, pickups modified to EMG single coils and mid boost, five-way selector, Fernandes branded bridge saddles, white backplate in case, original pickups and scratchplate in case, with hardshell tweed case,

The vendor purchased the guitar from Stewart Hurwood, the Manager for Lou Reed in New York City, after Reed had approved the sale.
