A CELADON JADE TWO-HANDLED VASE
Ming Dynasty (1368-1644)
Of flattened baluster form, raised on a splayed rectangular foot to a waisted neck set with mask-headed handles suspending loop rings, carved around the exterior in high relief with leafy branches of blossoming peonies, bamboos and lingzhi, the stone of greenish-celadon tone with natural inclusions.
