of squat form tapering at the neck towards an everted rim, engraved and decorated to the body with inscription-filled cartouches interspersed by roundels on a ground of split palmette interlace, the neck with alternating inscription-filled cartouches and quatrefoils, the rim with foliate scrollwork, the base with inscription

Inscriptions: the call to God to bless The Twelve Imams with owner's name as Haji Jalal ... ; Persian couplets, including one from a ghazal of Hafiz, others relating to wine cups, drinking and burning with the fire of love; to the base, three letters and the number 1282.
