A WUCAI 'DRAGON AND PHOENIX' BOWL

Qianlong seal mark and of the period
Brightly enamelled on the exterior with two striding five-clawed dragons chasing flaming pearls divided by descending phoenix amongst floral sprays, beneath a band of ruyi head and the Eight Buddhist Emblems, bajixiang, at the flaring rim, the interior with a single writhing dragon in the well.
12.5cm (4 7/8in) diam.
