Persia, 13th/ 14th Century

of deep rounded form on a tall foot, decorated in cobalt blue, turquoise and black on a white ground with radiating panels alternately containing vegetal motifs, vegetal scrollwork and geometric designs, the rim with a band of vegetal motifs, the exterior with radiating lines alternately branching towards the rim and overlaid with dot motifs
21.2 cm. diam. max.
