The rectangular case with an engraved lozenge-shaped handle on S-scroll supports over an engraved entablature supported on four Doric columns over a matching base on button feet. The silvered Roman dial with outer minute track framing the subsidiary seconds dial at XII and florally engraved centre set above twin subsidiaries for days of the week and date, all framed within an engraved foliate mask. The rectangular movement with turned pillars and chain fusee to the jewelled lever escapement with monometallic steel balance, wound from the rear. Ticking. Together with a double ended key.
