An early 20th century five-glass electromagnetic glazed mahogany table timepiece

The flat top case with large observation window, the four glazed sides supported by square columns on a tall plinth containing the modern battery compartment below. The 4 inch Roman dial signed Eureka Clock Co Ltd London beneath the blued steel spade hands, all set in a brass bezel. The movement with large visible balance wheel, pivoted between twin roller ball bearings on each side, set on a shaped steel plate secured by knurled toupie finials, the front plate stamped No 7077 Patent No 14614 1906.
