A late 19th century French Gothic-style architectural carriage clock

Stamped with the encircled B trademark and numbered 1676
The case surmounted by an elaborate shaped handle and shingled pagoda roof with brass dormer windows, over square brass pillars with silvered corbels and ball feet, each side set with decorated red glass panels. The Arabic enamel dial with ornately pierced steel hands set in a mirrored mask. The twin spring barrel movement with silvered and frosted jewelled English lever escapement striking on a blued steel gong, the plates numbered 1676 and 25, the back plate also stamped B inside a circle. Ticking. 27cms (10.5ins) high
