The Cock Group are distinguishable by the unusual cock and ivy leaves depicted on the shoulders of their vases. The group were quite prolific and produced lekythoi with an array of 'stock images'. For further discussion see J. Boardman, Athenian Black Figure Vases, London, 1974, p. 115.
