A Meissen set of six teacups and saucers, circa 1760

Each painted with a European landscape scene within a colourful foliate and floral scrollwork cartouche, the sides and interiors of the cups with flower sprays, the rims gilt, the cups: 4.8cm high; the saucers: 13.4cm diam., crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue, impressed numerals, painter's mark W in puce inside footrim (tiny chip to one saucer) (12)
