A rare Meissen sauciere from the Sulkowski Service, circa 1735-38

Moulded with a basketwork border to the rim and two mask spouts with gilt-edged headdress, on four gilt-edged scrollfeet and with gilt-edged scroll handles, painted four times with the arms of Sulkowski and Stain zu Jettingen and scattered indianische Blumen, 25.2cm across, crossed swords mark in underglaze-blue (some restoration)
