Two Du Paquier two-handled beakers, circa 1725-30

Each painted in underglaze-blue, iron-red and gilding with flowering branches, the first a chocolate beaker, with an iron-red zig-zag border above the foot and to both sides of the rim; the second shallower, with angular handles in underglaze-blue and another flower spray to the inside within concentric circles, an iron-red zig-zag border inside the rim, 5.6cm and 9cm high the chocolate beaker with an incised z on the base (one handle of the shallower beaker restored) (2)
