A Meissen cane handle in the shape of a pug, mid 18th century

Modelled by J.J. Kaendler, painted with a continuous Kauffahrtei scene and scattered flowers, the pug's head on one side decorated in shades of black and brown with a turquoise collar, with a gilt metal mount, 13cm wide
