A WHITE JADE 'FLORAL' CUSHION-SHAPED BOX AND COVER

18th century
Crisply carved with canted corners, the domed cover with a central shou medallion, the sides of the cover with shaped panels containing floral sprays, the box carved en suite and raised on a stepped foot, the stone of even pale white tone. 11cm (4 3/8in) wide. (2).

玉質白色，溫潤如脂。盒呈長方倭角形，下承隨形矮足，蓋面中心以淺浮雕刻壽字紋，四側飾荷花、蘭花，各面圖案以拐子龍紋開光分隔，盒身外側亦同樣飾花卉紋，整器小巧輕薄，紋飾纖細。
