A Meissen 'Cris de Paris' figure of a fish seller, circa 1755

Modelled by Peter Reinicke, wearing a white headscarf with puce bow, yellow bodice, white apron and puce skirt, her hands on her hips and a tray with fish strapped around her waist, a basket in her right hand, the base moulded with rocailles and applied with leaves, 13.3cm high, crossed swords mark to the rear of the base, impressed 13 (tiny chips)
