Based on a drawing by Cristophe Huet of 1753 inscribed: 'no 21 Ch (?). (?). die sich leicht dreht, demacht würde, damit man diese Figuren beim Dessert zu diesem Spiel gebrauchen könnte' [...one who calls out the lottery tickets, what he has in the hand is a hollow thing in which he has the tickets, on his back he has a round wooden box, on top the cover shows a clock face with an iron needle ... I would very much like to see the above-mentioned iron needle made, which can be turned, so that these figures could be used for a game during the dessert]; quoted by M. Eberle, Cris de Paris (2001), no.45, who illustrates the drawing by Huet and another example of the figure.
