A Meissen group of two men and a lady, circa 1770
Modelled by M. Acier and J.C. Schönheit as pair to another group with a galant scene, depicting a man holding a sword kneeling on his right knee before a standing figure, with a woman holding her hands at the rear, the rocky base applied with leaves and raised on a gilt-edged, pierced scrollwork rim 23cm high, crossed swords mark, dot and four in underglaze-blue, incised model number B.100 (some restoration)
