A scarce surviving large copperplate etched with four illustrations by William Heath (c.1796-1840), used in Pickwickian Illustrations, a series of twenty etched plates depicting characters from Charles Dickens' Pickwick Papers, published by McLean in 1837 in order capitalise the great success of Dickens's work.
