蜀人張善子敬繪。

題識：
唐天寶間，有真上人者，至杜牧之時，其人年已近百嵗，故題其寺曰：「清羸已近百年身，古寺風烟又一春。寰海自成戎馬地，惟師曾是太平人。」元祐間，東坡典外制有百歲得官者，曰：「繄此百年之故老，曾為四世之遺民。」與此意合而皆有味。嵗次丁卯（1927）冬月，古吳獨盦沈景乾題於海上佛蘭廬。

鈐印：（張）善孖長壽、善孖
（沈）景乾、獨盦

註：沈景乾（19-20世紀），號獨盫、心禪居士，齋名心佛庵。江蘇蘇州人。人物畫享譽滬津，尤善佛像。
