maker's mark 'I.W' and stamped STERLING, possibly James Warner of Cork, circa 1795
Tall helmet form with upright loop handle and applied reeded rims, bright-engraved band below with flower heads, further ribbon tied floral garlands and vacant navette shaped reserve to the front, on a spreading oval foot, gilt interior, height 18.7cm, weight 6.3oz.
