Footnotes
The Rolex Daytona stands among the most desirable of the prestigious makers' lineup. From the first officially named Daytona, ref. 6239, the watch has been updated periodically to keep up with the times while maintaining its essence. In 2000, Rolex updated the watch again and replaced its predecessor the 16520 which used the Zenith El Primero movement. The new Calibre 4130 used fewer parts, improving its efficiency, precision, and performance.
This lot was purchased new by the owner. It retains all of its stickers. It is the perfect opportunity to own a watch, no longer in production, in as new condition.
