A pair of zitan and mixed wood horseshoe-back armchairs, quanyi
Late 20th century
The five-part curved top rail supported by two back rails and a central S-curved plain back splat and extending to 'rat-tail' posts and front rails, all joined to the soft seat tied to a mitered, mortise and tenon frame over a beaded and cut-out xiangcai embellished apron and side panels tongue-and-grooved into the tubular legs and butt-jointed to the foot rest and stepped stretchers.
