A Nymphenburg model of a seated mastiff, circa 1765

Modelled by F.A. Bustelli, naturalistically painted in shades of black, wearing a green collar and seated on a flat base, 10.8m high, impressed shield mark to top of base (some restoration to the base and front legs)
