Painted with military battle scenes, possibly after G.P. Rugendas, within elaborate gilt cartouches shaded in brown, surrounded by scattered flower sprays, gilt scrollwork borders to the rims, the cup: 4.7cm high, the saucer: 12.7cm diam., crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue (2)
