Two Zürich porcelain busts emblematic of zodiac signs, circa 1775
'Aries' as a bearded man wearing a silvered ram's horn helmet and blue-lined red robes, the other as a young man wearing a bearded mask with tail, puce-striped cravat and white tunic over puce sleeves, on gilt- and iron-red-edged canted plinths, respectively 11.5cm high (some rubbing to silvered helmet, one restored at base, small chip and minor restoration to tail of other headdress) (2)
