The case surmounted by a C-shaped handle over a repeat button, bevelled glass inspection panel and glazed sides on bun feet, set to the underside with a selection lever offering options for grande sonnerie, silence and petite sonnerie, the signed silvered Arabic dial with running seconds and blued steel spade hands over subsidiaries for day of the week, alarm and date, the twin train movement striking the hours and quarters on a pair of blued steel coiled gongs, the signed silvered lever platform escapement engraved 'Echappement Extra'. Ticking, striking and repeating. Sold with the original double ended winding key stamped 22792 and the original leather and emerald green velvet lined presentation case. 23cms (9inches) high (3)
