A German Gothic Mace
Circa 1500

Of iron, the head of six shaped acutely pointed flanges each pierced with three circular holes and surmounted by a globular finial, seamed tubular tapering haft with polygonal mid-section, and flared grip between two roped mouldings (old rust patination)
