Three Roman green glass vessels
Circa 3rd-4th Century A.D.
Comprising a tall glass jug, the cylindrical body mould blown with vertical fluting, tapering slightly to a concave base, the short cylindrical neck with wide flaring inward-folded mouth, with ribbed strap handle, 21cm high; a smaller jug, with flaring folded rim and strap handle, the piriform body with shallow vertical ribs and slightly indented base, 14cm high; and a glass jar, the spherical body with wide funnel mouth, with ribbed strap handles, 10cm high (3)
