Literature
Orkin, A Photo Journal, Viking Press, 1981, p. 14

At sixteen, I took my first American Youth Hostel trip to San Francisco...The first morning, I awoke at 5am and couldn't wait to get going. I set out to take my first pictures with the Pilot 6. It was terribly exciting to be alone in a strange big city for the first time, where every sight was new and every hour brought a new adventure.
