Set with an oval-cut sapphire, weighing 38.10 carats, the shoulders set with round brilliant-cut diamonds; mounted in 18k white gold; size 6

Accompanied by a Gübelin report stating that the sapphire originates from Sri Lanka, blue colour, with no indications of heating. Also accompanied by an Information Sheet stating that unheated sapphires of gem-quality are rarely found in nature. Report #17097365, dated 16 September 2017.
