The cushion-shaped yellow sapphire, weighing 22.91 carats, suspended from a similarly-shaped sapphire surmount, via a series of knifewire and old brilliant-cut diamond links, on a fine trace-link chain, mounted in silver and gold, lengths: pendant 5.8cm, chain 50.7cm, fitted case by MacKay & Chisolm, 56 & 57 Princes Street, Edinburgh

Accompanied by a report from GCS stating that the yellow sapphire is of natural Sri Lankan origin with no indications of heat treatment. Report number 81282-45, dated 19th October 2020.
