A rare Prattware 'Boy On A Barrel' Toby Jug, circa 1800

Modelled as a boy perched on a barrel, the basket balanced on his head forming the neck of the jug, flowering corn sheaves applied to the barrel and picked out in yellow and green, wearing yellow breeches and a buttoned ochre coat, on an octagonal base, 27.3cm high
