Large Ground Sloth Finger

This large ground sloth finger includes the largest hand claw of a Paramylodon harlani individual. Used in defense and foraging, the formidable, slightly curved claw measures 5 1/4 inches. Ground sloths in North America grew to great size before becoming extinct. Paramylodon harlani rose to more than seven feet in height at the hips and weighed almost two tons. Housed in a 12 x 8-inch Ryker Mount. Length 10 x 2 x 1in
