Of similar form to the following lot, with earlier curved single-edged blade of finely watered wootz steel, the forte with later gold-damascened decoration on each side, calligraphy in a star on one side and within a cartouche (worn) on the other, and silver-mounted hilt (one grip-scale repaired, scabbard leather with minor repairs, associated chape rust damaged)
