A George III silver decanter set

by Solomon Hougham, London 1816
Shaped-square form, the base with rounded incurved sides with gadroon rim, on acanthus and paw bracket feet, the central carrying handle with four square receivers fitted with four glass bottles with etched titles GIN, RUM, WHISKY and BRANDY among fruiting vines, the frame with engraved presentation initials and date, height 26cm, length 23cm, weight 32oz.
