A large 17th Century Flemish Historical Tapestry

possibly by Michael Wauters, part of a series of tapestries, the main field depicting Diocletian to the left in 285 AD, bestowing the western half of the empire on Maximian to the right, the scene is set in Milan, the open book reading 'Lex Romanorum' all figures in typical 17th century dress with some in more classical attire, the figure in red possibly Bishop Monas,
